Rewards and Incentives Policy
The rewards policy encourages board members and executive management to perform well and adopt an appropriate approach regarding risk-taking and promoting a corporate culture. The policy for granting rewards to board members is separate from the policy for executive management and employees. Reward granting is performance-based in a manner that promotes sound risk management, achieving a balance between individual performance and the long-term sustainability of the bank. The Board of Directors, through the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, is responsible for general oversight of the executive management's implementation of the wage and reward system for the bank as a whole. The rewards for the Chairman of the Board and members are presented at the General Assembly meeting annually for approval or comments.
